Yeah...before all this hit my friend had a convo w his wife that they could save upwards of $800 a month if they didn't eat out 3-5 times a week.
BTW, they are all fat as hogs.

Christ, 3-5 times a week? Eating out is a 1.5 hour commitment, and that's an extremely conservative estimate. I have better things to do with those 4.5 - 7.5 hours. Like cook and drink my own booze.

Yeah man I am not worried about myself, my wife or kids. We are all very healthy. So we will order our food we would normally go to a restaurant to eat. And we will avoid older family for weeks.
I have a toddler so chances are i already had the covid. She was sick. My wife and 10 year old were a little sick and I was tired for a week last week.
fricking nightline is on now running a story on these restaurants going under.

I can guarantee you that the restaurant industry needs your orders as the governor shut down dine in...........

We might do take out once a week and go out twice a month. Other than that my wife is cooking or I'm grilling. We have no worries about this sh!t.

Once a week. Now we’re eating at home

0. Unless I’m traveling with work.

When all this started, I was surprised at all the people who seemed panicked about whether restaurants would offer take out. Like they couldn't survive without take out food.
Learn to cook. It's pretty easy. If you want to support local restaurants, buy some gift cards and redeem them when things get better.
If you can't eat at home, there's something wrong with your life.

Maybe twice a week at a restaurant but more fast food unfortunately. Convenience is a mutha fer for a healthy lifestyle

Too much. Three times per week average. I do all the cooking because my wife hates cooking in turn making her a bad cook.

Yes, it is bad right now. Shut this down for 2 weeks. We just need to rip the band aid off.

Wife and I make good money and have always enjoyed a nice meal over buying fancy shite for the house/ourselves. We go to dinner at least once if not twice a weekend. Luckily she’s pregnant as frick so it’s been a lil cheaper on the alcohol side but we still hit $100 easily. Back when she was in the game, it Was much higher. But we always did pre drinks apps, wine, Entrees dessert. Add the Uber.

Yeah, more. I picked a little place that I like and that delivers. I’m buying lunch for all my folks there once or twice a week and tipping heavily. You gotta help if you can.

In the mood for superior right now
Saw where the OG original superior Shreveport said they we’re just going to close. They print enough money to where I guess wasn’t worth the hassle but they’ll change their tune soon. This thing isn’t going away in 2 weeks

That baby won’t be saving you much money especially if you’re buying formula and diapers.

Lately it's a hell of a lot more. I'm trying to support locals so the wheels of our economy keep turning.
