How many push-ups can you do without stopping?

Apparently one of LSU's lineman says he can do 80 without rest.
I know the true OT ballers can easily crank out 100 with their bikini model fiancés on their back. But this question is for the normal schmucks.
If you got down right now, how many could you do without pausing for more than 5 seconds?
The National Strength and Conditioning Association has the following averages:
24 push-ups for age 20-29
19 push-ups for ages 30-39
13 push-ups for ages 40-49
10 push-ups for ages 50-59
9 push-ups for ages 60-69

Uh, that's not that much of a feat.
I had soldiers left and right that could match or exceed that in under two minutes.

Well, it depends considering 95% of people can’t do one.
I can do a ton more sloppy arse attempts at a push-up than I can that would be signed off on from a trainer.

Did 50 without stopping today proably could have got about 60 if I really tried. My 5th grade PE classes do 40 everyday.
ETA Most of them don’t stop.

Yeah, I stopped at 100 on my EOC PT test and had time left. Of course this was in the mid 80’s and about 100 pounds ago.

Probably 3 before I get a brain freeze.

Damn and I'm feeling bad about packing on 30 after I resigned

It's pretty impressive for a big guy whose training is for explosive strength, not muscle endurance. The same reason big, muscular guys often don't do as well in boxing or MMA as leaner competitors. The lactic acid builds up and fatigue sets in.
TL;DR, it's two different kinds of fitness, and it's rare for someone to perform at a high level in both at the same time.

Current me? Maybe 20?
Young and spry E4 me? I’d give you 90 easy and then run 2 miles in 13:30.
