I listen to podcasts a couple of hours a day. Topics are usually. LSU sports and True Crime. Questioning my Sirius subscription.

The MSM doesn't like it when people pick their own topics. They're no longer a captive audience.

Huberman Lab is awesome.

My top podcasts this year:

Lex Fridman
Joe Rogan
Huberman Lab
Tim Dillon

I want to get a few Hardcore History segments in this year. I keep putting it off.

I like money ball from Wharton Radio it’s very interesting. It’s a group of Wharton stats professors and all they do is sports stats like really weird deep stuff. They had Jack Marucchi on last year that was an amazing interview give it a listen.

More questions: Have you ever been on either end of a podcast - interview-er or interview-ee? How have podcasts influenced your life? Do we dedicate less time to television lately and more time to podcasts? Do you listen to podcasts because they align with your thinking? Do you listen in hopes of learning new things?

This sounds like you’re having us do your homework baw….

I listen to Table Talk with Dave Tate, the Jocko Podcast and various JRE podcasts that I find interesting.

How was the JRE show episode with Jocko? Haven't listened to that one yet, but it's on my list. On top of that, I don't think I ever listened to the JRE with David Goggins either (I know it's old, but i recently one of them share a video from it).

Used to listen to local sports talk alot but they've gotten so bad that I just can't do it anymore. But thanks to them being so bad, I got into true crime stuff and listen everyday on the drive to and from work.

I listen to them when walking/running and during long solo drives. Currently listen to Radiolab, Throughline, WSJ Future of Everything, History of English Podcast, Sidedoor (Smithsonian) and AirSpace (National Air and Space Museum). Also listen to daily WSJ and BBC news podcasts.

The Tim Dillon Show. I listen to his free one on Spotify once a week and pay $5 a month for his weekly Patreon podcast.

It was good. Jocko’s been on 3 times I think. Rogan was the one who convinced Jocko to start his own show. I thought they had good chemistry. They both like jiu jitsu and hunting and military stuff so a lot to talk about.

Joe Rogan - just has it dialed in. Easily pick what you want to listen to and you know what you are going to get.

Real Talk w/Zuby. Kind of like JR lite from the UK perspective (limits to 1hr)

Jordan B. Peterson - current topics, random stuff

Bitboy Crypto - just see what I'm missing and debate about getting into crypto

Huberman Lab - Dr. of neuroscience

Hodgetwins - when I turn off the brain

Wild Ride w/ Steve-O - has good guests, that's about it
