It's pretty weak minded for you to worry about what other people do with their body!

Having tattoos says a lot about a person, outside of the whole trashy convo. It takes a certain kind of person to get a tattoo. I could never do it, because I change my mind too often and couldn't think of a single thing that I'd want on my body forever, that I wouldn't later regret. I'm also a perfectionist, so I would invariably find something wrong with the tattoo and obsess over it.

It is such a pointless argument. How about getting to know a person before judging them? I've actually gotten more tolerant about a lot of different things as I have gotten older.

Don't get off my lawn

But I agree how about getting to know the person.

I feel the same way about vaccinations. Do people really want to fit in so badly that they pump diseases into their bloodstreams. fricking pathetic.

Empirical studies have long linked tattoos with deviant behaviour. People with inked skin are more likely to carry weapons, use illegal drugs and get arrested. The association is stronger for bigger tattoos, or when there are several, says Jerome Koch, a sociologist at Texas Tech University.

You're kinda pathetic if you get this worked up about someone else's choice.

And yes I have tats, but I don't care if you do or don't. Doesn't change a thing about a person.

Unless they have them on their face or something, but if you're trashy, a tattoo isn't the reason why.

All of this.

I personally am not a fan of them at all. But they really don't bug me in regards to others having them.

Only thing that really puzzles me is really pretty girls that have massive tattoos covering an entire arm or leg or whatever. They would just look even prettier imo without all that.

Weak individuals? No.

Stupid choice? Yes, they're too hard to undo if you change your mind.

I would like to see you tell a WWII vet with tattoos that he's weak, trashy, stupid and that you truly think less of him.

My dad was a WWII navy vet and had a couple of tattoos, I always felt he earned the right to have them. When I was in my 40s and divorced, a woman I was dating also 40ish had recently gotten an ankle tattoo, she showed it to my dad who said " I got mine when I was 18, drunk, and stupid, you should know better".

The stupid choice was you starting this thread. It's none of your business what people put on or in their bodies
