How many of you are still checking to see if your eggs are cracked?

Went into target and they had a few dozen left. Started sifting through them to find one that didn’t have 3-4 eggs cracked. After I selected the immaculate dozen, I looked up to see 3-4 people looking at me like a monster from touching all the cartons. Just waved and said have a nice day

Maybe they were looking at you like that because of the massive booger hanging from your nose.

I always check my eggs and never get dirty looks.

F them. Level up and try swapping a couple cracked eggs from 1 carton to the next even

This is advanced shopping

Always wonder who just picks up a carton and walks out without checking because odds are 1 carton has 30% cracked eggs

I buy vital farms pasture raised. I've never seen a carton with a broken egg in it, and they're fresh.

Not gonna lie, when used to make the groceries, I’d open a carton for inspection. Instead of putting the carton back if I saw a cracked one, I’d open another carton and swap out the bad one(s). Way more efficient...I don’t go to grocery anymore. It’s not like people eat the shell anyway.

I switch eggs from carton to carton to construct a single carton of unbroken eggs.
