43 and to my shoulders now. Haven’t decided how long I’ll take it yet. Might as well grow before I lose it

Why would you want that hassle? I am up and out the door in 20 minutes. If you’re single then I get it but if you are married it makes little sense. Girls like good hair so I get it

I do. Thankfully I was blessed with hair like Fabio

My hair hangs at the bottom of my collar. Need a haircut but I might let it grow a couple more weeks.

That’ll be the least of your worries in 20 years, try to enjoy a good piss while you can.

This is about how long my hair is, does this count as long?

I tried it a while back but my hair is too thin on top and the sides I kept trimmed to keep from looking like I had wings under my cap. My hair got down to my shoulders and started bothering me around my neck and it looked like I had a bad mullet. My wife hated it and she was even the one who cut it off.
I had great long hair when I was young but like everything else I can’t go back I guess.

Grown mine out for the past 5 years after retiring. Starting to thin on top just slightly, but its pretty long. I just dgaf and really hate spending $30 bucks a month and travel time to a shop to keep it nice. Once I can't pull it off with thinning on top, I'll buzz it all off and grow the beard long.

Had a lion's mane in '91 for the grunge so after years of a pro cut I'm back to long hair past my pecs.

I had shaggy hair in college for a bit, but I've been mostly high and tight for the majority of my life. This is a fairly tame mid-life crisis, but I have the itch to grow out my hair at age 41. Probably because I realize my days of having hair are numbered.
You should do it, but only if you grow it long in a mullet.
With a peroxide-bleached rattail.

Spin-off: who has re-pierced their ears after 40?
