How much longer are you going to have a job to work from home for?

Spanish Flu killed the 2020 equivalent of 1.8 million. Just in the U.S.
Spanish flu went away in the summer, and came back in the fall. With a new target.
Better hope that doesn't happen here.

And it’s not a point of total deaths, the point of this is also anyone that comes down with pneumonia, a large majority of these people have permanent lung damage that will affect them for life.

I don't get arguments like this---are we suppose to be ok with 1.8 million ppl dying? is that acceptable?

I'd rather lose my job than several loved ones. If you don't have enough money put back to get through a few rough months that's on you. Plan better

I don’t know much about this shite
But how come the hospitals are so fricked when we lose 30k a year with the flu and we don’t hear anything

How many people need to die worldwide of aids before we start outlawing sexual relations?
How many people need to die in car wrecks before we close all roads?
Are just supposed to be okay with these deaths?
When will cigars and cigarettes and alcohol be made illegal????
Let’s make fried food illegal while we are at it too.

That’s 2,500 deaths a day

Think of this as a time of war. I know you guys are ok with everything falling apart and then rebuilding as long as guns and stuff are involved.
I mean even Africa has shut down because of this virus--with all the shite ppl die from over there I've never heard of them shutting down sheltering in place.

If your loved ones aren't in good enough health to survive Covid, they should have cared for their health better.

You mean the time of war we have in this country where only a percentage of a percentage are affected, and everyone else goes on about their daily business?
Ok, that works I guess.

Really---so if someone has any type of health issue it's simply due to them not taking care of themselves huh? Even if they were born with a preexisting condition or developed something simply due to heredity or genetics.
I'm sure the older members of your family are just ripe with health. Great Genes.
