see this a lot and don’t deny it at all, but is there any proof of this? Where did this come from?
Lol yes. His PAC has given a lot to get these DAs elected.
And yes, they supported Jason Williams. And our new Sheriff that wants to let everyone out of jail.

I typed something that if I posted, it would have definitely got me banned. But it was a suggestion on how to take care of politicians in office who do more harm than good for their constituents.

Forcing victim testimony under threat of arrest?
Not great man. Not great.

So you'd rather the murderer/rapist/car jacker/armed robber/wife beater go free because the victim doesn't want to participate?
The District Attorney's Office represents the interests of the State of Louisiana. That includes the interests of those people's future victims.

Instead, set a policy that no victim testimony will be compelled and that the case will be dismissed. Then, 100% of victims get a visit from the perps brother and friends letting them know how this plays out if they show up.
Seems like it could work.

This is such a bullshite argument. The subpeonas stopped years ago and there were very very few of them.
It doesn't excuse them, but quit acting like they were used every day and in every case.

When he leaves office, I’m assuming people will be fed up enough to elect a hardcore that will aggressively start jailing the little bastards who are currently running wild.
Lol they will just run more progressives and keep preaching that we just need more money to throw at the lower class, while giving these kids immunity because they have a shite hand in life. Where they get the money for all these programs is the question when all the tax payers are dead or in Mandeville.

Can you quote where I acted like that?

So you agree the subpoena issue was a none issue when it came to getting convictions?

Jason Williams Is a horrible piece of shite and abject failure.

You left out a kind of important detail.

Williams’ office told Fox 8 the victim in the 2020 case was related to one of the defendants, and that the prosecution was dropped at the request of family members.
That doesn’t look fishy as frick to you?
Williams’ office - oh great source. That slimeball always has some BS excuse.
“the victim in the 2020 case was related to one of the defendants”
Related how? And what about the other two defendants?
“at the request of family members“ but not the victim? Who cares what other “family members” want??
So what you have is a carefully worded load of shite.

That's kind of how our system works.
Innocent until proven guilty. Must be guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Burden of proof is on the prosecution. You can't force people to testify, especially if it will incriminate themselves (and I'm willing to bet that was a factor here).
I'd rather a murder walk than someone be forced to testify against their will.
We have enough problems with people crapping all over our constitution. This would be the last straw.

You know that's not the case, he's doing exactly what he said he'd do.....like every other Dem Soros backed shill.

When you put racist democrats in positions of power people are going to die.

Also that this isn’t the 80’s and 90’s anymore. Weed is decriminalized in NOLA and the smell of it is more abundant than food now in the quarter. The hails aren’t full of minor drug offenders any longer.
That movement has largely, if not completely won. Drop it.
