Why

I know that weight and health don't really coincide with how much coffee you drink. The reason I ask I guess is to see why people try to abstain or "cut back" on coffee. I'm fairly fit and in good health. I drink three or more a day.

A little caffeine a day has proven to be healthy and good for the heart

There is nothing unhealthy with a cup or 2 of coffee a day

20 oz yeti fits about 3 cups according to my pot. I drink it with 1 sweetener. I’m 6’1 180 pounds. My waist is a 34 but belly is growing. I need to get back in the gym.

Zero. Because I don't need a drug to wake up.

I'm in excellent shape.

There you have it. Can't argue with an expert.

Going to get my third cup now.

I drink 3-4, and I'm in good health, but a little overweight. Not sure coffee has anything to do with it though. More job stress.
