Never done the pouches, but I chew roughly 15 pieces of 4 MG nicotine gum per day. I used to smoke, but I quit using nicotine gum. I think that was around 2008 though

Aim for 1x but sometimes 1.5x on longer workdays. Probably 0.75x for off days. Ain't gonna lie--shite's getting expensive.

About 5-8 nicnacs/day, 5 heaters/day and about 3-5 bowls of pipe tobacco/week & 1-3 cigars/week.
