I don't do nicotine pouches, but when I was a casino dealer, I'd smoke about half a pack of marlboro reds during my breaks every shift. I miss that job

Started dipping at 16 and I’m 53 now.
Have averaged about 3/4 of a can a day for as long as I can remember.
Started with Skoal, then Grizzly, and I’m on Cougar now because the shite keeps getting more expensive.

I used skoal pouches to quit cigarettes. Busted my son with a juul when he was in high school. I used the confiscated juul to quit the pouches. Used nicotine lozenges to quit the vape. Now I’m mostly a peppermint guy

not pouches, for 30 years did one to two cans of Kodiak a day, have not had a dip since May 2020
