it became an entertainment center when it left the true faith of christian catholicism. You want God, the sacraments, and actual liturgy? come on home

Not only are they taking 20$ from me weekly
Do they hold you at gunpoint or have a couple of goons knock you down and the go through your wallet?
I usually give money voluntarily and wouldn't attend a church that confiscated money from me weekly, even if it is only $20. I'm assumeing you're not titihing because I know the OT ain't got no 200/week baws on here.
As for services, if you're getting nothing out of it then the length probably won't matter, find another church.
9:30-1 seems excessively long though.

Why do we need a choir and all that jazz?
Part of setting the right tone/ambiance for worship. If it's turning into a performance each week, then someone has lost sight of the purpose.

I miss Fr. Anthony McGinn's 35 minute complete mass and 58 minute weddings.

If a church service lasts longer than 90 minutes you are going to the wrong church.

Last church I attended on a regular basis was usually around an hour.

Shouldn't be about the money. Assuming you're a bible reader, its tithing which is only a 10th of what you make to go to the lords house and to help out among the community.

Depends, but typically lasts about three hours, from noon to just after 3pm every sunday. I'm not able to make it there most of the time, but thankfully it's always televised.

Divine Liturgy in an OCA Church runs about 100 minutes or so

0 sedonds. Atheist
What ever God is, can be found outside of church

The service I go to starts at 11:30 and I'm out the door at 12:45 12:50. But we got a 10:00 service that ends at 11:05
The church I grew up in would start at 11 and last so long that they would serve dinner plates afterwards I'm talking legit 4'30-5pm
