Just did the math, 15 months without leveraging credit cards. 38 months making minimum payments.

At least a year. At least 2 if I took the principal out of my Roth.

If I'm frugal, probably a year. My current spending: 3 months.

12 months is saved up in an emergency account, but it would require me cutting out things like travel and eating at my favorite restaurants. If I drew from other accounts and liquidated some other assets, then probably several years but only if I cut out everything but essentials. It wouldn’t be fun.

Under current economic situations, combined with a 1.5% COLA, minimal headwinds, my wife still works in this scenario, I liquidate some positions while keeping others,

Damn. Just did the math, and I need to get a part time job in addition to keeping this job.

Simply survive? I could quit work today.
Live at my current level? Several years.
Be an OT Baller? 3 months.

About a year if I sold my boat to cancel that payment and insurance.
