Between my 401K and other savings...I could prob squeeze it out to 10-15 years depending on how much I wanted to curb my current lifestyle.
Then I could dip into credit cards for a couple more. Worst case I could take a loan against my home equity for a few more.

Your question is not clear. "Survive" to me means simply sustaining life.
Do you mean quitting your job and continuation of current lifestyle?
