A lot already do.

Mine is considering adding it, or replacing Good Friday with it.

When is Harvey Milk Day? The alphabet group ain’t gonna sit by and not get their own holiday. They got their month, now they want a federal holiday.

How many do not have Martin Luther King day off for all employees?

A lot do not. Most I'd say. Some offer it as an optional day. This will be no different.

This sounds like a place that would be a fricking nightmare to work. Walking on eggshells 40-50 hrs/week up there or HR makes itself at home inside your arse.

We get one floating holiday per year to use whenever we want. I use it for the day after Thanksgiving. Not using it today.

I'm not working today but my company is publicly traded. Not sure if that is what you are going for but if I owned a company I would make Juneteenth a paid holiday because I'm awesome. Every month would have a paid holiday cause I'm awesome boss.

Shouldn’t Juneteenth be just a Texas holiday? After all, it was the day that slaves in that state heard about emancipation. Everyone else already knew.

Well, one is a federal holiday and one is not. I’m not part of the decision making process, but we already get every other federal holiday off except Columbus Day.

My wife's private company is off today.

My state job is not off today. I wouldn't be surprised if we add this as a holiday in the near future.

It makes sense. One is a federal holiday and one isn’t.
