I work with this Indian baw that's a vegetarian, and although he's not disgustingly obese, he's fairly large and extremely soft. How does this happen? I surmise its from all the carbs and sugar you'd be forced to eat, but it'd seem it would be hard to eat enough to be a fatass.

Enlighten me, rabbits of the OT

Every vegetarian I know is pretty big. Nothing but little Debbie snacks all day long.

Not a vegetarian but the only one I knew and ate with regularly wasn't huge but chunky. She would eat a shite load of carbs and it would be stuff like french fries. Depending what type of vegetarian they are they might also eat a lot of cheese.

Potato chips and beans burritos are fattening but still vegan. Also, if the biggest exertion of energy throughout a typical day for you is telling others that you're vegan, you're not exerting enough of your intake. In a nutshell, simply being vegan doesnt make you healthier or better than others as much as some of them try their damnedest to make you believe so.

Unlike vegans and other lesser beasts vegetarians do eat actual food.
