How does this happen? I surmise its from all the carbs and sugar you'd be forced to eat, but it'd seem it would be hard to eat enough to be a fatass.

Eat 2,000 calories of sugar and carbs and 2,000 calories of protein and tell me which is the “harder” 2,000 calories to eat.

Dot, not feather? They probably eat all kinds of shite cooked in ghee, which is clarified butter and extremely high in saturated fat.

Doesn’t matter if you eat bean sprouts if you cook that shite in an oil which is 60% saturated fat.

They eat too many carbs in place of the protein they would be getting from meat. Too many carbs make you fat.

Deep fried brussel sprouts are a sure way to get fat. Just because it’s vegan, it doesn’t mean that it’s healthy or low in calories.

Sugar makes you fat. Eating more calories, from WHATEVER source, than you put out makes you fat (biggest factor). Carbs in general makes you fat. Fried shite gives you cholesterol and also helps make you fat.

Unfried meat alone does not make you fat. Vegetarians are not immune from being fat. Fruit has a fair amount of sugar.

I was at a fish fry once and heard a lady turn down some fried catfish- proclaiming she was a vegetarian and 'I only eat clean.'

She then proceeded to take on a couple of paper plates-worth of fried eggplant.
