How does Aramark seem to keep such a monopoly on event spaces?

1I can honestly say I've never had a good experience with Aramark in general. Terrible customer service. Poor quality product. Lack of cleanliness. I can't think of anyone else that likes Aramark so how do they seem to have such a vice grip on stadiums/parks etc?

They people they hire to be in management of these companies would make city hall employees look like beacons of efficiency and competence.
But they have to pay so much in guarantees to the facility owner that they need to skimp on costs somewhere, and this is where they skimp.
If you want to eat or drink, unless you sneak it in, you have to accept it.
