It's like a ritual, if you ever watch and pay attention. They pull out the products in the exact same order, they apply the products in the exact same manner, every. single. time. So there will never be a day she wears less.

You don't say anything to a member of the opposite sex. Not "I like your suit," "I like you hair cut." NADA. This applies even more so if you hold a supervisory position over that person. Stay far, far away unless you want to visit HR and possibly lose you job. An office is a no compliment zone as unless it's to their work product.

I worked with a couple of people who thought it was great that they would douse themselves in perfume and cologne. I have always have had a reaction when someone wears too much C or P. I said something to someone else and it got out that I was complaining and I was chastised. I did get a physical note from an anonymous person that said "I agree with you but you shouldn't have said anything"...
