Firm handshake but not as firm as a man. I’m not doing a limp wrist handshake with a woman.

I can always tell I'm dealing with an unstable woman when she tries to go all-in on the hand shake, in full body contraction, almost like she's in a tug of war competition, trying to give a firm shake knowing it doesn't even register with me. Let's me know she's got some real issues.

Firm ,but not full strength. I have huge hands and a good grip ,and I could probably administer pain to the average females hands with little effort. So I don't shake like a floppy noodle with a female ,but put just enough into it to be firm for her.

Shake just like you would with a guy. Don't be overpowering with the death grip, but the dainty grip is just as off-putting.

Always give a woman a 3' boundary and do not enter unless she verbally gives permission. If she verbally gives permission to enter her space, introduce yourself by squeezing a boob and making the "honka-honka" sound.

First I make sure her hands are clean - no mustard residue from the sandwiches she’s been making. If clean, I proceed with a shake and a wink.

Start off the hand shake with it limp. The more she shakes it the firmer the handshake gets. Also start increasing the angle of your hand she more the shakes it, from the normal angled slightly at the ground until eventually you get full firm hand shake with your hand pointed at a more upward angle.

I grip their hand with my thumb and their fingers are pointing down and mine are in normal handshake position.
