How do you rinse your mouth after brushing? Hand? Cup? Or face to faucet?

I’m a face to faucet kind of guy.

But have been a cup on the counter guy here and there.

Never ever ever a hand forming an bowl and filling it up with water and sucking it up. Thats messy and weird.

So you stick your face to the faucet, but you won’t take water from the faucet cupped in your hands and drink it because you think that is messy and weird?

You are not supposed to rinse your mouth with water immediately after brushing your teeth.

Preserve Fluoride: Rinsing washes away the concentrated fluoride in toothpaste, which is essential for strengthening enamel and preventing tooth decay. The NHS and other dental organizations recommend simply spitting out excess toothpaste to allow the fluoride to remain on the teeth

Face to faucet. Learned it in the army and have done it ever since.

There’s no way I could fit my head under the faucet even if I could bend over that much.

Never occurred to me that was an option.

This thread is a trap. OP will wait a bit and change the title to “How do you rinse your mouth after a BJ?”

I brush in the shower.

Remove the shower and let it put water into my mouth.

Your dentist wants to know how many showers a day do you take?
