Doesn’t matter what time of year it is, our home is 68° during the day and 65° at bedtime.

My mother keeps her home around 75° and no one will spend the night there. She keeps a sweater and coat in my entry room to put on when she comes to visit.

I don't use the heater either. I wake up parched and have even had nosebleeds because of the forced dry air.

Ijust checked my thermostat and it's 61. I have the window open and am in shorts and a t-shirt under a nice heavy blanket.

We keep it at 68 during the day, 65 at night. Year round.

62°… And with the doors shut to our bedroom, when the heater is running… That is plenty warm enough. 23° on my back porch this morning in Shreveport
