Some of my colleagues are still torn on whether or not OJ is guilty.

For me, the DNA evidence was irrefutable.

OJ’s blood was found at the crime scene. His hands were also cut-up, which the medical examiner said would have matched the knife.

Nicole’s blood was found on socks in OJ’s bedroom.

There is no rational explanation IMO.

Unless you believe the LAPD conspired and planted the evidence.

I'm not saying they did, but once you believe that anything is possible.

The jury could not find it in their hearts to convict a black man. And yet OJ acted more Caucasian than most of us when he wasn’t in beast mode.

OJ’s attorneys were good enough to know that if you can attack the ones collecting the evidence, the evidence becomes circumstantial and subject to questioning.

All it takes is a little bit of doubt and the case can flip.

Not to bring up politics and the “evidence” against Biden’s, it is never about the facts of the evidence but they always seem to attack the messenger showing you the evidence, and not refuting what is in the evidence.

Serious answer- there was a racist cop involved in the chain of custody of the DNA evidence therefore that raises a reasonable doubt in an ignorant juror's mind about everything. If the lead detective on the scene was another black guy and racism was taken out of it, OJ would have been found guilty.

I always wondered about the leather gloves. I know leather when wet shrinks when it drys. Is that why it didn’t fit?

Think Ross and the leather pants episode on friends.

The gloves not fitting was the biggest reason the jurors said they acquitted. “If if doesn't fit, you must acquit”

The jurors who wanted to vote guilty were also pressured into swapping to not guilty. The verdict took 4 hours of deliberation which is absolutely unheard of for a year long trial. The jurors had their minds made up ahead of time and didn’t care, they wanted to go home. They basically admitted that.
Also the glove was a major reason they acquitted. But OJ didn’t take his arthritis meds leading up to it, wore a plastic glove before putting on the murder glove, basically assuring that it wouldn’t fit.
There’s no question he did it in my mind.

Why in Gods name the prosecution didnt then produce a brand new, exact match of the gloves, and have him try those on, boggles the mind

Also, they had him try on the glove with a latex glove on.

So you had shrinkage and an extra layer against his skin.
