How can i help out the out of work barbers?

I tried calling the place I usually go to see if they do house calls but got no answer. I guess I could check craigslist. I'll need a haircut sometime in the next 3-4 weeks.
Any ideas on how to find these people to help them?

You can get a hair cut in jail. Do something to get arrested

I heard the barber licensing board was being very heavy handed and threatening license revocation to those caught working.
