How can I go about exposing a speed trap and racket in Jeanerette/Patterson, LA?

tl;dr version at bottom...
Background: Unfortunately my work sometimes takes me on the quaint drive along Hwy 90 through Jeanerette, LA and Patterson, LA. Both of these areas are pretty well known speed traps, and I've been busted before for legitimately speeding, but in the past year it has gotten out of hand. The speed limit in Jeanerette is 65 MPH and the speed limit in Patterson drops from 70 MPH to 55 MPH.
Twice in the past 6 months I've been pulled over for going speeding while going 5 MPH over the speed limit. If an officer (Patterson PD) or a marshal (Jeanerette City Marshal) wants to write me a ticket for 5 over, I'll begrudgingly take it and go about my day. However, in the Patterson incident I was accused of going 74 MPH when I was only going 60, and in Jeanerette I was accused of going 85 MPH while only going 70. In both instances I immediately and colorfully contested those readings, and once I finished my rant, the officer/marshal suggested it could have been a bad reading and let me go with a warning.
I'm grateful I got a warning both times, but these departments patrol the highway all day and have peopled pulled over every time I drive through. If they're accusing me of ridiculous speeds and then letting me off when I make it clear I'll contest it, I can only imagine how many times they pull that shite with people who just take it and pay the ticket.
TL;DR Version: My questions are this - isn't there a state law against too much revenue from tickets as a percentage of overall revenue? If so, where can I find it, because I can't seem to find anything in the statutes?
Also, Jeanerette is a city of 5,500 people and it is covered by the Iberia Parish Sheriff Office, a Jeanerette city PD, AND a City Marshal office, which has at least 7+ marshals, almost universally in blacked-out new Tahoes and Explorers. The local paper seems futile and I'd prefer to avoid having my name made public. Should I contact the local state reps or perhaps a news station in Lafayette?
I've done some pretty significant research in the annual state audit reports, and revenue/expenses have ballooned lately, but it is hard to establish context without more information and a FOIA request.
I'm willing to waste plenty of time if there is any hope to get a resolution.

Posting a thread on tigerdroppings is the best way.

Its not really a new cop scam, it has been going on for awhile.
They pull you over when you are going legit 5 over, and write you for 10-12 over.
Hard to fight it since you were technically speeding and cops, as usual, will just lie in court.
You're lucky you got off with a warning.

First thing I would do is go buy a couple of dashcams. If they think you are messing with them they are going to come after you hard.

Ok, well sounds like you would learn your lesson and quit speeding.
Play tPOS games, get tPOS tickets.
I quit reading at this point btw. No need to read past the part where you admit to breaking the speed limit

Okay so I read a bit further.... Yeah sounds like the hosed you and wrote the tickets for a little faster than you were going....
But looks to me like you are admitting to speeding, and if you weren't already breaking the law I doubt you'd have been pulled over and written a ticket.... Like I said before, don't be a tPOS and you wouldn't be paying the dummy tax

I welcome these helpful replies.
I know I'll get 80% or more of BS replies, but I was hoping someone had experience with the law or other scams that have been brought down, like the shite in Cecilia when you come off the basin bridge a few years ago.

Indeed they should be exposed for not realizing that traffic laws don't apply to you.

I'm well aware and almost included the "Stop breaking the law a-hole" gif from Liar Liar.
In the instance today, I was behind the cop car for 3 miles before he stopped and let me pass within 500 yards of the parish line. I'd imagine his jurisdiction runs out there because they go back and forth between the two overpasses near Jeanerette. What is a marshal doing there in the first place, much less 3-4 of them every day?

tl/dr version is as long as the full version
Is there a cliffs version of the tl/dr?

How's the weather all the way up there on that high horse?

Not quite accurate- east bound, it drops at the Calumet Cut from 70 to 65 and then in Patterson it drops to 55.
Patterson cops make a living on 90. Used to be much worse.

Save it - I already said I'd take a ticket for going that speed or even close to that speed, but there is no money in that.

Try driving through golden meadow sometime. Limit drops from 65 to 50 and there are always cops just sitting and waiting

True, but they use the bend in the road and sharp drop to shoot you when you're doing 65-70 in a 65 and write the ticket as you cross into the 55 MPH zone, regardless of your actual speed. I specifically called the officer out on that and he let me go with a warning.

The St. Martin SO got me on 1-10 when I had my cruise control 3 mph above the limit, and they hit me with 11 past. Cars were blowing past me. Total scam.
