Gotta love the justice system on giving second chances to tPOS like this.

A teenager on bond for allegedly shooting at a Harris County sheriff's deputy is back in jail after an armed robbery spree at several convenience stores last week. Daniel Hoskins was charged with aggravated assault on a peace officer after a January officer-involved shooting, which injured Hoskins, court records show. Hoskins, 17, was released on a $75,000 bond on March 6, days after a grand jury indicted him on the first-degree felony charge, according to court records. Then, on Wednesday, April 17, Hoskins was pegged for four armed robberies at several convenience stores in north Harris County using a car and pistol he confessed to stealing, prosecutors said in court.

Another suspect in the December and January robbery spree, 17-year-old Savonta Peters, helped identify Hoskins. Peters, who is also facing two aggravated robbery charges for the Dec. 31, 2018, and Jan. 10 robberies, is currently out on bond records show.

Just put him down. There ain't no rehabilitating that.

I’m sure he’ll be rehabilitated and an asset to our society. We’ll be enriched

But did he only steal $700.00 worth of valuables? If not, he has to be set free

Pretty sure that's not how it works if booked for "armed robbery". The commission of a crime using a firearm is a very serious offense-------or at least should be. Just one trigger pull from attempted murder or murder.

Based on his being charged with Agg Assault, he didn’t shoot a cop. He made a cop reasonably fearful that he would be shot. Notice that the defendant was the only one actually “injured”.
A $75k bond isn’t outlandish in that situation.

These are the kind of people that Helmet Head is going to law school to defend.

This whole idea of letting violent offenders out is stupid.

Sounds like a typical round of Grand Theft Auto. I wonder if he practiced on GTA before graduating to the real deal.
