happened last year but still insanity, all you can do is laugh at how incompetent the courts are

quote:

In April of this year, Jordon was charged with Two felonies of evading arrest in Harris County. 339th Criminal District Court Judge Teiva Bell granted Jordon's bond for both felonies.
quote:

After a closer look at court documents, we made a troubling discovery. "May 27, he's supposed to be in court, he doesn't show up in court," said Andy Kahan with Crime Stoppers. "Joshua Sandoval was murdered on May 27." "It doesn't make any sense at all to me, why the system isn't working," Martin said.

quote:

Then two days later, 339th Criminal District Court Judge Te'iva Bell was notified. She set a hearing for May 27 and Jordon failed to appear. Again that same day, Jordon allegedly murdered Joshua Sandoval. "If you didn't show up when you were ordered to show up, there should have been a warrant issued for your arrest," Kahn said. "I'll argue that until the day I die." "Where are these warrants? I mean what's the whole point if they're not going to do anything," Castillo said.

quote:

Jordon is also charged with capital murder in Galveston County for the death of Jeffery Johnson. Johnson was killed two weeks after Sandoval's slaying.

quote:

On June 10, Johnson and his wife had dined at the Capital Grille restaurant on Westheimer in the Galleria area. Court records show a white Mercedes SUV waited at the restaurant parking lot and then followed Johnson to his home at 1500 block of Waterside Drive in League City. When Johnson and his wife arrived at their home, police said the couple was targeted by three robbers, including Jordon. Johnson was shot inside his garage and died the following day

quote:

Court records show investigators linked the white Mercedes SUV seen at the site of Johnson's shooting to half a dozen crime scenes. Car rental records show Jordon rented the SUV for several weeks. Besides the rental car, investigators also relied on cell phone locations. Records show between May and June, Jordon's cell phone location was also linked to robberies and shootings in Midtown, the Sandoval case in the Washington Ave. corridor, River Oaks, Sugar Land, Memorial Villages, and Johnsons case in League City. In each case, the suspects picked victims who were wearing either expensive jewelry or watches worth tens of thousands of dollars. The victims often also drove high-end, luxury vehicles.

Well you see, we incarcerate too many people in this country. That’s why we’re a bad country. You can tell a lot by how we treat people and we
Have far too many in our prisons which makes us bad.
I read as much here Just the other day.

For our Progressive friends, this couldn't have been a better result. This is exactly what they vote for.

Makes sense to me.

Judges need to be held accountable for this crap.

I mean, if murder is what one does for a living, those folks aren't likely to kill themselves (unless they have something on the Clintons), so what's a murderer supposed to do?

To an extent.

How he operates is he bankrolls someone whose slightly progressive and if/when they win he then bankrolls and even more progressive until the only option is the extreme.
