Sad that people from Louisiana have to move there just to find a job

How did you get so angry? You sure aren't a happy guy for being in such a supposedly great place.
Colorado is absolutely beautiful, but you sure are seething angry about a prosperous blue collar city.

I hate Dora too, but are you under the assumption that the demographics and politics are a recent happening?
No but left wing leadership will only make everything worse. And the blue cancer has now spread to the suburbs. Fort Bend has gone blue bc the influx of Asians vote blue. There was too little crime and too high quality of life so voters decided to change. Now we have a lefty DA and Dem judges and eventually we’ll look like Alief and everyone will act surprised. We’ll all move out to Fulshear and repeat the process.

The “Houston has no culture” complaint is just a thoughtless canned statement, posted by reflex by some silly Louisiana people.

You’re right. Houston didn’t make it thru the 2020 crash. Seemed to have bounced back from that one, with most energy companies making record profits now.
Well, the government printed like $6T to artificially spur demand at a time when production was limited, spawning mass inflation in the energy sectors.
It just isn’t a very diversified economy.

You clearly know nothing about Houston. Its a major financial and medicine/healthcare centerin addition to the oil/gas and related industries.
Did you watch the video? I have a feeling you didnt watch the video.

Here is an article from the federal reserve underscoring the point. Nobody is saying Houston doesn’t have other key industries, it is a massive city. But it is heavily reliant on energy sectors performing well.

If recent projections for the U.S. prove accurate and energy prices remain elevated as anticipated, Houston payroll growth should outpace the national rate of 2.8 percent this year and could outpace the state. Thus, Houston should do well absent an unexpected, large increase in energy supplies, a negative demand shock such as a recession or a new, widespread COVID-19 outbreak.

What a dumb, low IQ take.
What wonderful city do you reside in?

This can't be stated enough. I didn't think I gave a damn about diversity but it's really cool to meet people and enjoy cuisine from all of the world. I've am chatting with a girl from a country I've never even heard of but haven't nailed down the first date yet. Soon, my friend.
