Why don't they take the 1.9 Trillion and just give every single American over 18 years old $9,000.00 no questions asked.

A family earning $160K isn't really rich in most major metro areas.

I live in Seattle, I know.

How would the fricks in Washington funnel that money back to themselves that way?

Cool. My wife and I were planning a Vegas trip for this summer.

This'll go straight towards booking the hotel and flight.

So if you earned $160,000 in 2019 but your restaurant shut down in 2020.....you get NOTHING.

I don;t think this is true. You won't get it initially, but the payment is an advance credit on your 2021 tax return. So you would still get it, but not until you filed your taxes next year. There's likely even a way to get it before next year's filing.

We never got our January stimulus check because our 2019 income was too high, but did get a tax credit on our 2020 return we filed last week because our income dropped significantly in 2020.

Good luck finding ammo.
