Don't get the Tabasco hate; makes just about everything better.

Louisiana and Crystal have their uses.

I know franks was the first buffalo wing sauce, but it's really artificial tasting to me.

Blair's original death is quality.

Hidden Louisiana gem:

it's sold in gift shops and has a funny gimmicky bottle so I had zero expectations... was shocked to discover a DAMN good hot sauce. Perfect for pizza.

ETA: Agreed that Tiger Sauce is underrated. Never had anything with close to the same flavor.

For Tabasco, I like their Green Jalapeno sauce better than their original. It's pretty mild in heat, but has a great fresh flavor to it. Cholula goes on the kiddie table at parties, not that it's bad just pretty tame on heat and flavor.

For those that like cooking with Sriracha, find the powdered version from McCormick seasonings

I’ve never understood the love for hot sauce added to foods.

Like take a perfectly good pizza and dump something on it that just makes my mouth and later my a-hole burn like the heat of a thousand suns

Tabasco shouldn't be in a top 10 here

Crystal and Louisiana are both very good

Tabasco is horrible. Shouldn't even be on a list.

Tabasco is trash as a plate topper. I use it as a supplement to vinegar in cooking or for greens.

Crystal is better than LA for me. I go through it like water.

It's because you're from Mississippi and y'all's food fricking blows. Your fried catfish is legit though

I'm a big lover of spicy food and I've tried a lot of different hot sauces.

I always come back to Crystal. As far as flavor, it might be the best. It could use just a tinge more heat but as far as the hot sauce with the best combination of flavor and heat it probably also is tops in that as well.

Honorable mention to sriracha sauce, not bad shite.

I like this board and everybody's always been pretty good to me so I'll let y'all in on a little secret -

This isn't a hot sauce but quite frankly, it's the best steak sauce you'll ever have in your life. Especially if you're a fan of hot sauces 'cuz it's got a nice kick to it and I'm not even a big fan of this brands infamous hot sauce, but...

OK, so you hear it here first: Marie Sharps Fiery Habanero Sauce from Belize. Great balance between flavor and heat.

Now a must have table top for me like some of the other ones ya'll are talking about. Try it, you'll like it.

This may sound ghetto, but I learned to put Louisiana on a filet of fried catfish from this old black lady i used to work with. She used to drown hers in it and i ordered some from the place she did one day. The only way I will eat catfish now is dripping with Louisiana.

When i cook wing sauce, I use 2 parts Crystal, 1 part Frank's. Sometimes I might toss a couple of splashes Tabasco.
