The Twitter account posted is obviously not the singer.
The caption of the video (or the content of the video) not matching the caption of the tweet was first clue. And typically is a common enough indicator to be an indictment in of itself. Second was looking at the Twitter account and finding it’s all different people with no repeats.

I’m saying the account just trawls the internet for content and reposts it, typically with minimal engagement and often omitting giving credit to the actual source. It is not a rare and uncommon thing, as it’s an easy way to get a large follower base and views with very little effort.
Some sleuthing revealed the actual singer is Loren Rosco, originally posted in December.

Rachel Hunter was only 34 when they made that video. The girl that played Stacy was 14, but that was 22 years ago, so now she's 36 - 2 years older than Hunter was at that time.
