This. Right here.

So maybe you are rt, we just end up with another shitty liberal.
I just think a lot of people don't actually know about these things, and don't necessarily blame the hard Rock stuff on her or don't actually care how it was handled.

you know what's really sad....a city with 300k plus registered voters can only get 85k people to get out and vote in a mayors race

Teedy wearing out her reserved parking spot at MSY in the middle of a pandemic.

frick it. I'm all in. I just sent an e-mail to the Senior associate of the Henry Crown Fellowship...

Good afternoon Ms. Zimmerman,
I'm contacting you today in reference to a recent NOLA.com article regarding New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell traveling to the British Virgin Islands for a professional development event reportedly linked to her standing as a Henry Crown fellow. The article reads, in part:
"New Orleans Mayor LaToya Cantrell is in the British Virgin Islands receiving professional development until Saturday, City Hall officials said.
The mayor is taking the trip with her colleagues in the 2014 Henry Crown Fellowship class of the Aspen Institute."
LINK
Can you confirm whether or not the Aspen Institute is hosting or is affiliated with a professional development event in the British Virgin Islands during the week of March 1 to March 5? Additionally, if the Aspen Institute is in fact hosting this event, can the Institute offer comment on whether it is appropriate to invite global travel during an ongoing pandemic?
I'd be very grateful for any clarity you can offer. Thank you.
Regards,

She's probably 5 piña colada in at the moment. Professional development is stressful.

I’d imagine a third of them don’t reside in Nola even if they’re registered.

This reporter seems confused as to her/his pronouns...
I’m guessing looking at its pictures gets the assist.

Yeah I'd say a man who has pissed his pants after a DUI induced collision while unable to pay back the city for damaged property restitution is likely not a viable candidate.
But... This is New Orleans and I wouldn't count him out just yet

Why would you want more people to vote that would vote for Cantrell anyway?

Maybe Desi Muggsy Vega should run. He will do anything to appease the black voter.

That just shows how fricking stupid you are.
There are tens of thousands of voters that would vote against her, but they don’t vote. A lot of white, republican born and raised residents flat out just don’t vote in this city.
It blows my mind how many of my friends here just don’t vote.
