If the shooter is still on the loose, who is the damn shooter.
Clearly, he's a danger to society.
But, not a peep about who he/she/it is...

Yeah, I heard he had a concealed carry license, as well.
Not knowing the full details, I won't say the deceased is fully to blame, but this is an example case everyone who carries can learn from: Don't be "that guy" running around holding his carry piece when the police roll up. Period and exclamation point.
They'll be amped up and looking for A GUY WITH A GUN! "Tag; you're it."

cops have already shot and killed 25% of the witnesses. hard to imagine them having difficulty with the other 3
