The TikTok one complaining is @theflahootersgirl and every video of her is in her skimpy hooters outfit, including the new one. So, yeah, she's going for followers and gives zero fricks about what she's wearing

Like the girl in the photo above, keeps the cellulite and blemishes from showing and possibly helps with a little lift. At least it looks like she is wearing stockings maybe it’s a filter doing that.

The Louisiana franchise is not changing to these shorts. This has been an issue since last October. From what I have gathered, the new owner of Hooters of America is from Europe and thought this would work in America
