I have t seen enough of the others to accurately judge but I do feel like Roger Moore is underrated. I always like the point “his is the only James Bond that seems like he truly enjoys the job.”

When I watched Brosnon, all I could think of was Remington Steele. With Moore, I only saw him as The Saint, Simon Templar.

I prefer the old bond movies for this reason. J enjoyed James Bond when it was a bit campy. Moonraker was my favorite movie growing up but live and let die featuring New Orleans and voo doo was kind of awesome.

I like those movie reaction shows on YouTube with GenZer's that have never seen classic movies before. One of my favorites is the look on the women's faces when Bond asks Pussy who she is, and she says the name.

Not in my opinion. He was a very different type of Bond. He changed the part a lot.
Connery and Moore were very similar. So was Pierce. Personally, I would rank them

I grew up watching Bond because my mother was a huge fan. In my time it was Moore. He was Bond in my time and I liked the way he played the part
I do think it makes a difference when you were introduced to Bond and how old you are. A lot of younger people now like Craig because he was more of a physical , macho Bond where Moore, Brosnan and Connery were more Gentlemanly and proper.
Brosnan really was the start where Bond and M had bad conflicts. There was always some back and forth between the characters but it never really got spiteful until Brosnan
