Negative. That’s Lewiston. Portland is still overwhelmingly white, although some of the migrants sneaking in have found their way up there.

Someone earlier said Brookhaven,MS and I agree with that. It's at about 15k right now with plenty of room to grow. It's a retirement community right now but has plenty of room to grow on the western side of I55.
