Just messing with you.
You have done a great job of keeping up with your thread.
Way better than an OP that gets questions or suggestions and never comes back to comment.

10 year old grand daughter. Was multitasking and made a mistake. It wasn't that complicated to figure out though.
Pretty sure you were responding to me, and I read it right away, and didn't even notice
Anyway, good for you for getting somewhere safer. Maybe I should, but I've got 28 years of mortgage left at 2.50%, and I'm white-knuckling that interest rate like Charlton Heston holding onto a rifle. Just pray things get better.

This is great news!
The OP needs to let us know when his crawfish boil is so the entire OT can join him!

No, but you can talk about city ordinances they are breaking by camping on private property without the owner’s consent. You can talk about why you cannot allow tent cities due to health and safety issues.
Could have. I think it was just a watered down way of saying “we are getting them moved”.

Why not? They are a blight on society, often have zero desire to help themselves out of being homeless, and are drug addicts.
I totally agree but you just can’t say that on tv these days. We both know why.

I understand what your saying but a large part of the problem is over sympathizing these people allowing them to break nearly every basic social contract that holds society together. Dont violate their rights but dont sugar what is going on because you’re afraid to tell the truth

I concur. I would say OP has basically performed a masterclass on how to successfully OP throughout 24 pages. Original pics followed by Sunday evening additional pics after the bad rain where we were hoping the bums would get '69 Woodstocked mudslide washed away (go figure, they squat on perfect turtleback fast draining land), and OP even kept his cool when other poster questioned his lack of manly hands and ability to impregnate his wife with said dainty feminine hands. OP had some quick responses to that poster and it was back to the business at hand. Well done OP. You are what's right about TD and many of us feel vested in your story. Please still keep us in the loop.

I still think he needs to send his wife to a hotel for the weekend.
He is going to throw a party of all parties and out trash the homeless.
- horse trough full of beer and ice
- guys and ladies with mullets and muscle cars welcome.
- we will even have a few guys show off their cars and even work on them while listening to loud music and partying.
- cartons of cigarettes as we need smokes
- don’t skimp on the good stuff like moonshine in a tub, wild Irish rose, and Boone’s farm strawberry hill.
- a lot of wood for a bon fire.
- we will get rid of the homeless quickly, as we will out trash them.
After things are over you can thank me later.

With such an unkempt backyard they probably felt right at home.

His wife is due in March or April, based on his comments. Maybe it can be a combination OTGT/Baby Shower/Retroactive Gender Reveal Party - if the infant chooses to define itself.
If he throws a crawfish boil for a bunch of complete strangers, he'll know he married the right woman, because she'll put up with anything!
Sidenotes:
1) He can get that fence power washed by free, drunk labor.
2) He might as well invite the homeless, if they're still there. They'd probably be grateful and entertaining, albeit smelly.
