Don't know about the BR addresses, but 4417 Folse Dr is a very nice are of Metairie. If I grew up near there and if remember correctly, the odd street numbers back the Lake Pontchartrain levee. The 4400 block is east of Clearview, kind of towards the Lake Villa canal, but all of the properties in that area - especially backing the levee - are nice.
And they certainly don't have a homeless encampment behind them.

I recommend posting job applications on all the trees. Should clear them out pretty soon.

Baton Rouge is a prolapsed anus. Nothing surprises me anymore.

You have certainly validated my decision not go with the Home2 on Siegen when I had to quarantine a few weeks ago. Sweet Jesus.

She will have you convinced its your fault. Maybe even give you a prescription.

There should be dozens of hungry pitballs at area animal shelters that need adoption.

Have you contacted the town/county Zoning officer?

Are there any all-you-can-eat buffets nearby? Spend a few bucks on a gift card and write $100 on it in Sharpie. “Lose” it where the winos will find it. 100% chance they’ll get in legal trouble if a group of them shows up at a restaurant and 5 of them try to dine on a card with $5 on it.
I’m going to remember this for future use.

Well this shite in Beirut Rouge is just the Slime on top of the Sludge.
After read all the replies I believe these are the top 3 non violent remedies:
1. One Way Charter bus the Los Angeles with free 'candy'.
2.Turn a half dozen skunks loose in the encampment.
3.Dispersion of rotting seafood in the encampment.
Broom has been ignoring this problem since she assumed the mayorship along with crime.
Either she is a coward or an ignorant person or a combination of the two.
I work construction in north Beirut Rouge and I don't see that homeless problem there.
It exist in south BR because soft headed people give them money.
That has to stop.

You could set up a webcam and live stream them on YouTube. If they are entertaining enough you could make enough money for a new fence.

I would say most land owner's carry liability insurance correct? Send a certified USPS letter to the land owner reminding them that if any of these junkies die or get hurt on their land, including you having to confront or step on that land, then it could be the land owner's arse. Like Eddie Murphy said in Trading Places, the best way to get even with rich people is to make them poor people.

Makes me want to drive to OP's house and help him out personally because he seems like a chill dude, I would have already lost my shite and patience with this crap. I feel horrible for him and I don't know OP.

I’m wondering how illegal it would be to put a sign up that said “if this isn’t gone by tomorrow, I’m gong to burn it to the ground”
And then burn it the next day as long as nobody was there. Call the fire department as soon as you light it. Could it really be considered arson?
