What you should do is have a female friend claim that one of the male homeless people assaulted her. That's probably the easiest way to get the po po on your side and drive them away.
The cops are scared to do much b/c of what's been going on lately, but if you can get a chick to claim assault that will get the gears in motion.
You said you don't have a ton of friends b/c you're new there, but band together with a female neighbor of yours and jointly call the cops together. Tell them that a homeless guy spit on you and that he leered and said creepy stuff to your female neighbor. Then celebrate by having her over for a bottle of red wine and to watch a Mariners game on your projection TV. Profit.

Yeah that's a nice idea, however people using drugs freely like this tend to not care about anything else.. So.. not sure what good can come with associating with them. I'd still be friendly to them though.

I kind of assumed he had already spoken with them before he called the cops 6 times. I still say attacking them if talking to them didn't work is the best option, I would do anything to not have that kind of mess in my life.
