Damn you can get your own place in Belltown for $1300?

Dealing with these kind of people is why I'll always live in the suburbs...
Can you imagine having goldennugget as a neighbor?

I would get them out of there no problem. Just tape down the trigger on a can of bear spray and toss it into their homeless area.

Easy fix
Make vegetable oil balloons, go up on roof and rain down on them
Make the whole alley slick as shite and the rain/hose won't remove the oil so it is there for a while. Plus you won't really smell the oil in your apartment

Why the frick are you living in Belletown when Queen Anne is much more enjoyable and affordable? Way more single chicks live in Queen Anne than Belletown. I'd live in Fremont or Ballard. When I graduate from LSU with my baller EE degree and start working at Amazon Ballard is where it happening!! Just sayin.
I was in a tight spot when I moved here. Hotels are expensive, I was bringing in a UHAUL truck in 6 days and I wanted a place I could move into right away so I didn't have to pay for hotel rooms and would have a place ready for my UHAUL truck. I couldn't find any affordable places in Queen Anne/Lower Queen Anne that were available right away.
The place I got in Belltown I was able to move into the day I looked at it and got it at a good price. It's $1300 and that includes my parking spot. The places in Queen Anne were $1360+ not counting parking.
The low cost point and being able to move in that day sealed it. Plus I enjoy walking to work every day, its a 15 minute walk. I don't drink so I don't care about the bar scene, and I cook all my food so I don't care about restaurants. They are overpriced anyway. Me and my dad went to a pizza place and spent $18 on a pizza smaller than a DiGiorno.

I don't know if that will stick to concrete but if it does he needs to get all over it.

I got lucky. They gave me a special deal on it because I was able to move in right away and work for an approved employer. Normally it would go for $1300 without parking but I got it for $1150 + $150 parking. It's not the biggest apartment, a 400 square foot studio and not the best view as you can see from the pics. But its brand new and has all the brand new appliances I want. I am a single guy with not a lot of stuff so I don't need a lot of space.

I actually went up to the roof to see if I had a direct line of sight of where they camp out... there is an overhang that would interrupt the fall unfortunately.

Thank god there aren't homeless people to deal with in the south.

The size doesn't matter in that location if you are single. I mean I have never lived there but I have spent some time there and it was a VERY cool place to visit.

Do it from your window. Preferably when they aren't there but if they never leave just do it anyways, it is your word against theirs.

I ended up throwing a pot of water at one of the homeless guys sleeping under my window about 30 minutes ago. Direct hit but he didn't flinch. His cardboard and towel he is using as a blanket was wet and water was dripping onto it but he was unfazed. I am guessing he is on some kind of drugs. He literally didn't flinch and kept sleeping.
I'm sure I will be woken up at 1am when he wakes up and starts making noise with the others and arguing with security. I'll just have to call the cops again.

Yeah but there's a couple homeless dudes there so you're better off in the pristine south, maybe Memphis, Birmingham orJackson.

I am the cheapest person you will ever meet
I don't drink because its expensive, nasty, and I don't see the point
I don't eat out because its expensive. I cook my own food.
I haven't really made any friends here yet.

Looks like you are overhead. You should just raining down some urine and/or feces on them.

Hotdogs + antifreeze = peace and quiet

Hmmmmmm, possible solutions.
1) cook greasy food, dump grease out window onto whatever may be below. Boiling water might be a better alternative it'll evaporate leaving zero evidence of an assault.
2) Get Pit Bull. Leave it locked up for days at a time and kick it and hit it and yell at it. Release Pit Bull hungry and angry.
3) Find homeless women. Bring them to your building, give them $200 to take the homeless guys to their area across town.
4) Get Glock. Get CCL. Get your heart and mind right. Prepare psyche to take a human life. Introduce homeless dudes to your new toy. Start shooting in 5 minutes if homeless haven't vacated area.
5) Find AIDS patient. Have them use needles. Leave needles in alley. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait.
