Since your wife is a nurse, surely she could instruct you that in all likelihood you would be voting for someone who has a mental deficit. In non-stress situations he is unable to call forth simple, memorable and important data. He is mentally unfit and if elected, would probably fail to make 4 years. Then we'd have some broad as POTUS.

You must hate America.

Its not a terrible idea to donate things when in need. But you went from there to every nurse and doctor dying.

Seriously, frick off with your bullshite.

Serious question...what’s wrong with reusing them? If if they are tight, why would you need to throw a mask away if there is a worldwide shortage?

Wtf? Then why become a nurse or a doctor?

Well that's great, over 12,000 Americans died under he and Obama during h1n1. Because they didn't do shite until thousands were already dead.

And now I think people (well some people) can see how free health care would never work in the U.S.

What the frick? Who’s talking about free healthcare? Do you even understand how healthcare financing in the U.S. works? Obviously you don’t have a clue.

Oh yeah, Universal health coverage works fine in the rest of the worlds developed countries.

at you comparing Sanders to Trump just because they are both popular with their respective bases

These are the types of people voting...

Obviously...this is debatable. I guess it depends on your definition of "fine."

They did release a fraction of what the NY and WA requested and when they arrived the medical people were THRILLED to see that it was all expired stock.

Bummer how does an N95 mask sealed expire?

I didn't think they had charcoal or anything perishable in them.

The military just donated 5 million. Have your administrator talk to your governor or national guard leader

Didn’t Trump just enact the Wartime Production Act?

How is this not supposed to help?

For us, this is a complete nightmare. We have around a million in route, which is the equivalent of over a year of stock, and we wont even fill half our backorders.

Sounds like a windfall, not a nightmare.

P95
Check with safety supply stores for N95. I'm told these are same thing but certified for industry.

I heard the gov't is moving to get N95s approved for medical.

I mean, I hear you. Just saying, put yourself in the shoes of a doctor or nurse having to deal with this highly contagious disease day in and day out, especially if they themselves are immuno-compromised, older, etc.....none of those people signed up to put their life on the line for a shitty paying job. People WILL quit or refuse to work based on existing OSHA regulations. The hospitals then have no recourse against them and face legal consequences.

1. Doctors and nurses have shitty paying jobs?
2. How many immunocompromised doctors and nurses are seeing COVID patients? Hell, if your immune system is compromised you have no business working in an ER or ICU in the first place.
3. OSHA isn’t going after hospitals over a nationwide PPE shortage during a pandemic.

Are they letting her work around infected people or do they consider her a risk cause of her pregnancy?

Congrats BTW.

Someone was claiming they were expired.

Not sure how they expire...
