Let me ask you this, though. When your daughter turns 15, on her way to class in what, 9th grade, you find out a 27 year old businessman is meeting up with her in the parking lot for her to blow him. I'm assuming you're stoked for her?

Not at all. There are double standards for a reason.

All I know is that I was once a teenage boy and I know my experience with older women didn’t scar me for life or anything like that. I was definitely stoked on them.
I’ve never been a teenage girl. And of course I don’t want my little girl doing that, but I’m not going to want her doing that to anyone at that age, no matter how old they are.

I'm genuinely curious as to how they are different. From what I've read, girls mature much earlier than boys, so the line of thinking is that they're actually more mature at 15 and their brains are more developed. One could conclude they're better able to handle that situation.

And look, I raised 4 boys, so I get what you're saying. I'm just now having the experience of semi-raising a teenage girl, so still in the learning stage.
But honestly, it seems really hypocritical to wish the experience on a boy, but not a girl.
