I say she gets off. Again.
She coached a girls team, so assuming the ‘deviant’ charge is due to the lesbian angle, but then she is charged with having intercourse. Does the legal definition of intercourse apply to scissoring or oral sex?
They should get her on other charges but these seem incorrectly described.
