i mean, did people not already assume that in a parade of homes

I didn’t really read anything on the cover, just flipped through the magazine and googled the guy’s name.

There's one of these type magazines on the Northshore but it's mostly ads for weight loss doctors and plastic surgeons thinly disguised as feature articles.

In fairness to Lafayette and the Northshore....that's pretty much any of these local lifestyle magazines. It could also be Mobile or St. Pete, Florida.

Pretty much ads for the doctors/real estate crowd formatted like articles.

This trend of making Southern California looking houses in a neighborhood next to a cane field is odd

House would be at least $2.5 million in BR.

When asked if you want your pic on cover of mag like that, the answer is always no.

Some of fav laughs come from beauty pageant talent shows, Eddie Murphy Raw, and Mag covers just like this one.

No!

Does the fence encompass the whole property, or does run along the neighbors property lines?

Looks like it stops at a “pond”

Usually HOAs wont allow you to fence along the pond other than a see through faux wrought iron fence. So no privacy, your neighbors can watch you swimming.

The fact people don't understand this in 2026 is something.

Probably, it’s listed at 1.725 million in the middle of a field on the outskirts of Youngsville

Imagine paying that much for a house in a rural area with only a .5 acre lot. You have the downsides of living in a rural area, and the downsides of living in a city.

I'll never understand it.

Reminds me of how I started off Thunderdome back in the day, telling karma that he landed in Baton Rouge.

You couldn't pay me to live in that POS, did they even import any glass for the chandeliers or marble flooring from Italy?
