I can see the price happening on Nashville, but the other two nope. When I was in school decades ago, Nashville was as upper class as the garden district.

If you're a young couple of just you and your wife and you both make close to if not over 6 figures, then yeah. Once you throw kids into the picture, forget about it. Just not feasible for working class families.

I get that. I'm not sure how so many of my friends can afford big homes with each of them have 2 or 3 kids in private school.
We got lucky and brought our house from a family member on the cheap. Did some nice renovations to help with the stress of having a smaller house.
The house is now worth more than double what I paid for it.

If you don't think new Orleans is a class driven 3rd world culture, then you're in denial and dumb as shite.
You know what they say about new Orleans, right?
You can't think of new Orleans as one of the most dangerous cities in America. You have to think of it as the safest country in the Caribbean.
