Helmet to helmet communication

Can anyone recommend a decent helmet to helmet Mic and headphones for motorcycles?
And also, are you wearing ear plugs while you wear the headset to cut down on wind noise?
Looking at the Generic setup on amazon to go into a dual sport helmet

I don't recall the brand(It was generic) but I installed some in my father's helmets a few years back
The mic came with different size covers, depends on speed you travel... he has a Gold Wing that he tours on, so he uses the largest cover to break the wind... works great
No ear plugs needed and easy install

Helmets are required by law in my state. Also, with the roll cage around my head, I want something between it and 1.75in dom

I've watched multiple wrecks in person when I rode... you need a helmet, regardless of the law
In all three instances, they would have died without a helmet
ETA: I was behind one guy who flip his bike into a tree, thought for sure he was dead... we ended up picking pieces of his bike and helmet out of a barbed wire fence
