The Moderate area has been trimmed back a little on the west side for the North AL people.

That was Brett Adair. But Reed almost dies so often that it could have been him, too.

Had an update from a friend, Alligator Harbor behind Alligator Point had the water leaving because of the east winds. The main boat launch in Panacea showed fairly low water too. Winds hadn't been too bad as of a couple of hours ago. The worry is when the wind shifts and the water comes back. Looks like the poor folks in Perry get hammered again.

I think you’re thinking of Brett Adair. He was the one almost killed in Mexico Beach.

Mother of all that is good and kind.

I'm no hurricane expert, but is it logical to make an assumption that all of that mass of the water moving inland into a concentrated point like that bend would exacerbate storm surge? As opposed to a more linear coastline like LA, MS, and AL?

Remember Reed lost his rental too. Water came over his truck hood so quick

We didnt know about Brett til like 2 days later if I remember.
