No

We love SGI:( It won’t survive this a stay the uncommercialized gem it is. Hell, this will take down the damn bridge.

That’s a fairly new bridge, right? But you’re right that it will be devastating for SGI if it doesn’t track East some more.

He used to post the data output from the Climate and Tropical Forecast System High-resolution (CTFSH) model, but was told to stop. Not sure why.

Center is now expected to cross the middle of Alligator point. Literally my friends driveway right now. We went down yesterday and boarded up all the windows. Don't think that's gonna do much good now with the prediction of a 20' storm surge.

I was just reading about the predicted surge. That's catastrophic.

NO! Not Evans! The house we stay in for The Masters each year is in Evans.

This is the only active warning I see for August metro:

...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 830 AM EDT FOR
NORTHEASTERN COLUMBIA...EASTERN LINCOLN...WESTERN EDGEFIELD AND
EASTERN MCCORMICK COUNTIES...

At 753 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado
was located over J. Strom Thurmond Dam, or 9 miles north of Evans,
moving north at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Tornado.

SOURCE...Radar indicated rotation.

IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage
to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is
likely.

This dangerous storm will be near...
Clarks Hill Recreation Area and Hamilton Branch State Park around
800 AM EDT.

Other locations impacted by this tornadic thunderstorm include Lick
Fork Campground, Riverside Park, Parksville, Modoc, Lost Wilderness
Fire Station, Pleasant Lane, Scott`s Landing, Blanchard Woods Park,
Modoc Campground, and Woodbridge.
