As of now, 24 hour forecast position at 8 PM EDT is ~30 miles south of Turkey Point. That implies landfall will be at ~9:30 PM EDT.
Only ~22 to 23 hours until landfall.
But of course hurrricane conditions will reach the coast well before that.
