The ad is not racist. Nor do I believe there was any harm done intentionally by Heineken.
But that was some ridiculous subconscious subliminal messaging there. The bartender slid the beer past all the black people just so it could reach the light skinned lady(think she's Asian) at the end who is supposed to be the beautiful desirable woman, then all of a sudden "sometimes lighter is better" comes up on the screen. That's just a bad commercial.

I have to be honest, i thought chance the rapper was a joke, like Lil sweet for Dr pepper.

This although saying it’s racist maybe a bit much of you are actually going by the definition of racism. I thought it was funny as hell. Feel like something that would’ve been part of a skit on the chapelle show with Dave then coming out talking in the white guy voice. But I also think racial jokes of all kinds are usually pretty damn funny.
